With Sri Lanka vs South Africa series around the corner, Sports journalist Rex Clementine shared an interesting incident involving Sri Lanka and South African greats Kumar Sangakkara, Shaun Pollock and Mark Boucher in an game at Centurion in 2002.
There’s been some sharp sledging too in South Africa – Sri Lanka clashes. At Centurion, a young Kumar Sangakkara sledges captain Shaun Pollock. Non-striker Mark Boucher chips in, ‘Don’t bother Shaun. Dogs are shouting.’ And Sanga replies, ‘Dogs don’t shout Mister. They bark.’ 😂 pic.twitter.com/DrUJa6H8nx

Also, Sanga and Pollock was involved in a similar incident in the 2003 World Cup, which goes as one of the best sledges/incidents in the cricketing history.
