Australian spinner Ashton Agar shared some insights on the long & short of spin-bowling in Bangladesh ahead of the 3rd T20 between Bangladesh and Australia.
When asked on whether shorter players have an advantage when bowling spin, Agar said it’s a massive advantage. He added that short bowlers can hit the stump a lot and the ball hangs in the air for a longer time.
Agar said former Sri Lankan legend and current Bangladesh coach Rangana Herath is the best ever doing that and it’s now reflected in Bangladesh spinners performance.
