India’s Ravindra Jadeja rose to the number 1 spot in ICC Test rankings for all-rounders after his match-winning performance against Sri Lanka in the first Test in Mohali. Jadeja displaced West Indies’ Jason Holder to grab the top spot.
Meanwhile Sri Lanka’s Pathum Nissanka has entered the top 10 of ICC T20 rankings and has gained the 9th spot in the table. Former ICC no.1 Wanidu Hasaranga who missed out the T20 series against Australia and India due to an Injury has further slipped in the rankings and now is in the 6th spot of the ICC T20 Bowling rankings. Sri Lanka’s test captain is the only other Sri Lankan player to be in the Top 10 of ICC rankings. Dimuth is currently in the 8th spot in the ICC Test batsmen rankings.
