Player draft of Lanka Premier League which was scheduled to happen on 29th October 2021 (Today) has been postponed to first week of November.
The 2021 season of the Lanka Premier League was originally planned to be held in July-August period but was postponed to December due to unavailability of foreign players in that window.
Player registration for Lanka Premier League second edition was concluded last month with 677 players registering according to SLC. SLC earlier announced that player draft will be happening on the 29th October but now has been postponed.
LPL 2021 schedule announced : Two venues & new playoffs format
LPL 2021 is planned to begin on the 4th December and final to be played on the 23rd December 2021.
